Community Outreach Activities
Community outreach activities are a vital and rich
part of St. Peter's Church. Our many programs, thrive due to the love, support, and labor
of many beloved parish and community volunteers -- programs that call us to live Christ's
commandment to love one another.

Thrift Shop
All proceeds help local poor Rt. 26 Libertytown, MD Open Mon - Wed - Sat 10 AM - 1 PM 301-898-7800 Clothing - Shoes - Books - $2/bag House wares, toys, outerwear, holiday & new items priced separately Entrance Rear of Building Shop closed when Frederick or Carroll County schools are closed due to inclement weather.
Outreach to the Poor
Parish Food Bank supported by the Church. Poor box and food items donated by
parish members. St. Vincent dePaul Society assists the needy
with rent, utilities, food coupons, prescriptions, and temporary emergency lodging as
supported by the Church poor box. Contact the parish office at 301-898-5111 for assistance.
Gabriel Network
Offers assistance to women & families facing crisis pregnancies. Contact

Right-to-Life Committee
Efforts in prayer, education & legisiation for the unborn. Call Linda Pototschnik at

Blood Mobile
Scheduled church visits by the blood mobile to assist local blood bank needs.
