If you are planning a wedding reception, anniversary party, meeting/conference, or any other special event, then “The Sullivan Room” at St. Peter the Apostle is the right venue for you!  Amidst rolling countryside and woodlands, The Sullivan Room was constructed in scenic Libertytown, MD in 1991 (now Union Bridge, MD).  With a max seating capacity of 298 guests, the room boasts vaulted ceilings, skylights, a wood parquet floor, two large entryway foyers, spacious windows, wrap-around terrace, tastefully decorated interior and an onsite commercial kitchen.

In addition to facility rentals, St. Peter the Apostle offers additional on-site products and services to complete your special occasion.  Whether it's flatware, 5-piece stemware or bartending services, St. Peter's competitively prices its additional rentals to meet your needs.  We offer per-piece and package pricing on all of our rental products.  Need additional rooms for a larger event?  Classrooms located in the lower level of Sullivan Hall may be rented for additional changing rooms, small meetings or childcare during events.  Call us at (301) 898-5111 or email ssuprock@stpeter-libertytown.org for pricing details.

St. Peter’s Sullivan Room prides itself in offering guests a clean and updated commercial kitchen environment.  We welcome ANY catering companies to work your event as long as a certificate of liability is presented.  The Sullivan Room kitchen is equipped with the following

St. Peter’s “Sappington Hall” offers a more understated, casual setting for your envisioned gathering. With a warming kitchen featuring a household-style stove, refrigerator unit and microwave, as well as a flexible floor set up, it is the ideal space for groups of up to 70 guests.  We provide the furniture settings, and will arrange the dining area in any manner that will suit your event whether it's meals for dozens or dance spaces for the same.
